Harrison Billet, the originators of the direct fitting, no hassle, Harley compatible brakes take pride in listing our current range of 4 piston, mini-6, SLIM 4's, SLIM 6's and BIG-6 Calipers, and 10", 11.5" & 13" Floating Disc rotors.

From a simple-to-fit direct-mounting 4-piston single front Caliper, to the awesome combination of dual 13" discs with Mini-6 Calipers, we probably offer more combinations of brakes for Harleys than any other company in the world. FRONT CALIPERS

Any appropriate Billet 4-piston, Mini-6 or Big-6 made 1994 or later will fit your stock Discs and our replacement Discs. If you have a pre '94 caliper fitted, and you fit a floating disc, be sure that the buttons clear the inside of the caliper slot. Contact us if you have any doubts.

13" Rotors offer approximately 20% more braking than 11.5" alternatives. ONLY mini-6 calipers fit 13" discs. For single 11.5" disc front-ends we reccommend a 6-piston caliper.

REAR CALIPERS AND BRACKETS.

We manufacture rear brake kits for every Harley from 1975 up to the present day including the latest Softails with 200mm wide tyres.

BRAKE DISCS

We produce front 10", 11.5" and 13" and rear 10" and 11.5" discs for both pre-2000 and post 2000 Harleys. Our discs and calipers are designed to complement each other. The buttons of any floating discs rarely clear standard factory calipers, and they strike the side of the calipers. This is obviously extrememely dangerous and must not be allowed. We recommend that you use only our calipers with OUR discs. However, all our calipers are made to fit your stock factory discs.

If you have an early Harrison caliper fitted, and you fit a floating disc, be sure that the buttons clear the inside of the caliper slot, as the calipers were not designed for use with floating discs. Contact us if you have any doubts.

Our Disc centres are CNC machined from 6082-T6 aircraft specification aluminium, and the outer rings are CNC turned from ductile Stainless Iron. The Disc Bobbins and clips that fix the outers to the centres are Stainless Steel.

ANODISING

All our Calipers, Bracket Kits and Disc centres are supplied Show Polished or Clear Anodised or Black Anodised. We can't guarantee a perfect match of Black between Calipers, Brackets or Disc centres, because the different cuts of metal absorb colour at different rates, like woodgrain.

Other anodised colours are available on special order, at slightly extra cost. We cannot guarantee colour-match or longevity of anodised colours.
